Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and approach potential customers for retail banking products.
- Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and lead generation activities to increase customer base.
- Explain product benefits, features, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Relationship Management & Customer Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide after-sales service, resolve queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on digital banking services (Net Banking, Mobile Banking, UPI, etc.)
3. Cross-Selling & Upselling:
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional banking products such as personal loans, home loans, fixed deposits, and investment schemes.
- Work towards increasing overall customer engagement and product penetration.
4. Market Research & Lead Generation:
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the assigned region.
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in local marketing activities and bank-sponsored events.
5. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proper KYC verification and documentation for all banking products.
- Adhere to RBI guidelines and bank policies while onboarding new customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Qualification: Graduate (Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or any related field preferred)
✅ Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply)
✅ Age Limit: 21 – 35 years
✅ Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital banking tools
✅ Language: English & local language proficiency preferred
✅ Travel: Must be willing to travel locally for field sales and customer meetings.
Salary & Benefits:
