Job Overview:

E-Media Group is seeking a Telecaller cum Telesales Executive to handle franchise sales for various consultancy and training services. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining franchise opportunities, and closing sales. Candidates with strong communication and persuasion skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain the benefits of partnering with E-Media Group.

  • Domestic & International Admission Consultancy (Distance, Online & Regular Mode)
  
  
  • Entrance Exam Consultancy (Top Institutions in India & Overseas)
  
  
  • Skill Training Institutes (Computer Training, Typing, HR Training, IT Courses, Banking Training & Placement)
  
  
  • Overseas Job Placement Franchise
  
  
  • Manpower Supply & Recruitment Services (Domestic & International)
  
  
  
  


• Follow up with leads and convert them into franchise partners.


• Maintain a database of interested clients and provide regular updates.


• Work towards achieving sales targets set by the company.


• Handle client queries and provide complete information about franchise opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Any field).


• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or business development is preferred.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus).


• Basic knowledge of franchise sales or recruitment services is an advantage.


• Ability to work independently and meet targets.


• Proficiency in using Google Sheets, MS Office, and CRM software (if applicable).
