<p>**Job Description:**<br />
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the movement of goods and materials within a company&#39;s supply chain. They ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition. The Logistics Supervisor also manages inventory levels, tracks shipments, and resolves any issues that may arise during the transportation process.</p>

<p>**Key Responsibilities:**<br />
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers.<br />
- Ensure that shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.<br />
- Manage inventory levels to ensure that the company has enough stock to meet customer demand.<br />
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.<br />
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.<br />
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.<br />
- Train and supervise logistics staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.</p>

<p>**Qualifications:**<br />
- Bachelor&#39;s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.<br />
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.<br />
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<br />
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.<br />
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.<br />
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</p>

- 900 EUR/month = 75,600 INR/month<br />
- 950 EUR/month = 79,900 INR/month<br />
- 1050 EUR/month = 88,200 INR/month<br />
- 2300 EUR/month = 1,93,100 INR/month<br />
- 2600 EUR/month = 2,18,600 INR/month</p>

<p>**Additional Benefits in INR:**<br />

- Other Monthly Allowance: 100 EUR/month = 8,400 INR/month</p>
