<h3>Eligibility Criteria</h3>

<p><strong>Age- 18 &ndash;</strong>&nbsp;25 years</p>

<p><strong>Qualifications-&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p>12th Pass Outs with 60% Marks</p>

<p>Preferably also candidates with an ITI or Diploma rather than a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree&nbsp;</p>

<p>No kids and preferably not married</p>

<p>Soft skills &ndash; Team player and ability to work in a tough working environment</p>

<h3>Benefits</h3>

<p>Stipend during the training period</p>

<p>1st Year &ndash;&nbsp; &euro; 980 &ndash; 982/month</p>

<p>2nd Year &ndash; &euro; 1080-1230/month</p>

<p>3rd Year &ndash;&nbsp; &euro; 1190 &ndash; 1490/month</p>

<p>Thereafter, guaranteed job with starting salary &euro; 2500-3000 monthly</p>

<p>Travel from India to Germany shall be reimbursed up to &euro;700</p>

<p>A one-time bonus of &euro;2500</p>
