Job Description:
Prepare and cook a variety of Continental dishes, ensuring high-quality taste and presentation.
Plan and manage kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
Adapt recipes to meet dietary requirements or customer preferences.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Continental Cook or in a similar role.
Knowledge of Continental cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic English communication skills.
Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred.
Age: 50 years or below.
Terms & Conditions:
Working Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday + OT as required.
