**Job Title:** Delivery Associate - Bike Rider (Food Delivery)  

**Location:** Dubai, UAE  

**Employment Type:** Full-time/Part-time  

**Driving Lisence Fee: 5500 AED deduction in one year 500 AED per month from salary.

**About the Role:**  

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bike Riders to join our team as Delivery Associates in Dubai. As a key member of our food delivery operations, you will be responsible for delivering orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being on the road, have excellent time management skills, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders to customers using a bicycle or e-bike.  

- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining food quality and presentation.  

- Follow delivery routes and schedules provided by the company.  

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.  

- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and responsibly.  

- Communicate effectively with customers, restaurant staff, and the operations team.  

- Adhere to all traffic rules and safety regulations while on the road.  

- Perform basic maintenance checks on the bicycle to ensure it is in good working condition.  

- Report any issues or delays to the operations team promptly.  

**Requirements:**  

- Valid UAE visa and Emirates ID (mandatory).  

- Own bicycle or e-bike (preferred) or willingness to use company-provided equipment.  

- Good knowledge of Dubai’s roads and neighborhoods.  

- Physically fit and able to ride a bicycle for extended periods.  

- Strong time management and organizational skills.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.  

- Basic understanding of smartphone apps for navigation and order management.  

- No prior experience required; training will be provided.  

**Preferred Qualifications:**  

- Previous experience in food delivery or a similar role.  

- Familiarity with food delivery platforms (e.g., Deliveroo, Talabat, Zomato, etc.).  

- Multilingual skills (English + Arabic or other languages) are a plus.
